Thanks Tesco Littlehampton, great service even with a lot of stroppy people about due to the heat - no pleasing the UK public is there!!!  Anyway, the guy on the customer service desk, didnt get his name but will find out, attentive, polite and very helpful, just as it should be, all hail customer service skills - Satis Dea xx
